One to One Mindfulness Sessions


One-to one sessions in Mindfulness are available by appointment on a sessional basis. During these sessions we will help you with the issues you are having in your life so that you can apply mindfulness and meditation practices in realistic and practical ways. Mindfulness and mindfulness meditation practices focus on helping us to become aware of our incoming thoughts and feelings and accepting them, rather than attaching or reacting to them. These practices have been proved to be very useful in helping to reduce stress and the symptoms of anxiety. Research has also shown that they can help with depression and reduce the incidence of relapse.


Our approach is based on Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) which will help you to apply mindfulness and meditation practices in realistic and practical ways. Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) is psychological therapy that utilizes traditional Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) methods which include educating the participant about problems such as anxiety and depression and adds in newer psychological strategies, like mindfulness and mindfulness meditation.



Courses over a number of weeks include the following:


  • An Introduction to Mindfulness

  • How to be more mindful in your daily life and adapt mindfulness practices for your individual needs

  • Practical instruction in how to begin and maintain a meditation practice

  • Learning how to coping with the stresses in your life using mindfulness practices

  • How to be more mindful in your daily communication and in relationships

  • Guidance in how to continue your mindfulness and meditation practices after the course

We charge €80 euro for a session and sessions last between 60 and 90 minutes. This includes mindfulness recordings and a telephone follow up session if required. Payments for sessions can be made in cash or by Paypal by clicking the payment box
